Opis:
Main Responsibilities:
*Supporting the company to push safety, environment, occupational health, security and fire prevention activity.
*Supporting the company in compliance with local legal regulations and with corporate EHS provisions;
*Initiating and updating local company EHS BOS (Business Operation System) procedure and documents according to corporate EHS BOS procedure on a regular basis;
*Implementing Incident Investigation and Report Procedure, containing Near-miss, First-aid, Recordable, Lost Time incidents and staff’s traffic accident.
*Implementing EHS Manage of Change Assessment, containing equipment, facility, chemical and layout according to corporate procedure.
*Implementing the EHS program according to corporate procedure, containing Hazard Identification, LOTO, Machine Guarding, Logistic Safety, Electric Safety, Fall Protection, Confined Space, etc.
*Monitoring hazardous waste, waste water and exhaust emission during daily operation.
*Supervising the suppliers and contractors’ staff to obey company requirement.
*Ensuring the effective communication of emergency management related information and documentation; Organizing Company ERT exercise to enhance emergency response capacity, including extreme weather, fire, combustible gas, chemical leakage, environment incident, etc.
*Performing inspection and make records according to procedure.
*Conducting the EHS training to enhance the staff awareness and practice on emergency response, chemical management, EHS new orientation, etc.
*Supporting to report EHS key data to headquarter according to corporate requirement.
*Controlling EHS work permit, including hot work, confined space, working at height.
*Other EHS Program and activities if company required.
Requirements:
*Bachelor diploma (min. 240 ESPB points / 4 years) in relevant area - technical, natural, medical sciences or related
*License or professional exam in OHS and fire protection license
*Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management of company EHS in Serbia.
*Very good command of spoken and written English
*Availability to spend longer periods abroad for training and work
*Excelent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging
*Prior to the experience in the process of Management of E-coating line, Welding and Blanking process will be considered a plus.
