*More than 5 years of EHS management experience;
*Fluent in English;
*State exam for occupational health and safety;
*State exam for fire protection;
*Familiar with Serbian law, regulation and best practice for EHS;
*Excellent communication and coordination skills;
*Experience in maintaining relationships with government EHS departments.
